Alpybus has received positive feedback for its friendly and welcoming staff, efficient service, and timely operations. Many users appreciated the comfortable buses and informative drivers. However, some experienced confusion with reservations or delays due to traffic congestion. A few noted challenges in communication via email or phone but were generally satisfied overall with their travel experience.

Not the clearest of indications or what coach went to Geneva Airport and it turned out not to even be the AlpyBus I booked but considering the heavy snowfall and the bus being late was okay in the end!

The bus was on time. The guys were excellent. The bus was exceptionally cold and due to a ‘learner driver’ and his mentor we were very slow and arrived at the airport 2hours after we set off. Chamonix to Geneva took 9.02 till 11.02.
