Fine! The bus driver was not too nice.
Our bus was clean and modern. Driver efficient. On time. Highly recommend!
Smooth ride, friendly staff
Very efficient and cordial.
The most rude and uncooperative bus operator I have ever met in my life!
We would ride Alsa bus again. Very comfortable.
Very good experience
The wifi didnt work the entire time. The bus drivers seemed rude. And it wasnt clear which stops were which.
Very comfortable, good driver and bus an time. Very pleased.
Hi I didn’t realise there would be no stops for food or toilet break, also didn’t even know we arrived in Madrid with no English speaking on the bus. It would be nice to have an announcement in multiple languages and a flyer so we understand there are no stops for 5 + hours . But the bus was amazing and the time good 👍
There was some confusion because our tickets were scheduled to leave Nerja at 12:05 but others had a time of 12:15. The bus arrived at 12:16.
Bus driver played loud music throughout the journey. Otherwise the bus was on time and clean.
Trip from Faro to Sevilla was excellent. However, there was some driver/bus confusion on the return trip which made for a 15 mins delay in leaving Sevilla bus terminal.
Your staff do not speak english at all. I needed it very much
Very good on time courteous driver
I had printed my ticket before l came to Spain and just needed to know what terminal to go to for the bus. There are two Aguadulces in Spain one is in Almeria and one is in Sevilla. The lady in the office wrote down the number for the one in Almeria which is 4 hours away from where l was going. I have only used the bus once before and if l had not checked with a driver l could have been on the other side of Spain. The driver was helpful.
Excellent and enjoyable. Very comfortable
Getting the luggage and ourselves onto the bus was chaotic with people milling around and then a big push to get on. A more ordered system should be used.
Very comfortable ride.
It would have been perfect but the bus driver yelled at us when we put our luggage in the wrong place. He was a competent driver but didn’t need to yell.
Said 5.5 hours, but is over 7 hours without traffic. Not honest
Efficient, comfortable and with many great amenities. What a fabulous way to travel. ALSA are easy to do business and give rock solid performance.
This was a great surprise, comfortable, classy, better than expected. Well worth the ticket price!
The driver was Reading his papers while driving and could not watch the traffic at the same time. He was driving very aggressive and very close to the Cars in front of him. I did not feel safe.
Timely, good price, easy to book online
Left on time and arrived on time comfortable in every way
