The delay of the bus due to traffic was of some concern but not our main concern. The drop off Huahin address caused some confusion, as there were two address drop offs given, one written on the main body of the email sent to us, and another (different) address on the tickets themselves. Interestingly no one from the company could confirm which address corresponded to the announcements they made in the bus so we could notify our Hotel for a free pick up. In the end we had to pay for a shuttle to take us to our hotel instead.
Our bus ride was perfect from start to finish. The seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. There were foot rests and the seats reclined as well. We were given bottles of water. Our bus left Hua Hin right on time at 11:30am and we got to BKK around 2:45pm, 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. We were very happy about that. All around a great bus ride!
I am a professional bus driver in Sydney, Australia. Your staff were courteous and the vehicle was clean, and above all the driver drove impeccably. I am very impressed.
Changed booking at last minute to catch earlier bus. Good driver in wet conditions. Only downside was the selfish person in front of us who had their mobile on a tv show without headphones for most of the journey.
*At the Cha Am stop would be nice to make a normal announcement, not just start screaming 'get off, get off!'
*no need to print tickets, all the customers are travellers so its difficult to find a printing shop
Busbud is a bus and train search tool – we include Bell Travel routes, schedules and prices in our searches along with many other train and bus companies. You can compare prices, amenities and times by searching for a route. If you find a suitable trip, you can go ahead and get your Bell Travel ticket from us. Note that train tickets sell out, Bell Travel and other operators generally charge a lot more for last-minute tickets or for tickets bought in person.
