Upstairs on a full bus, it was very very hot.
Signing of bus was not clear. I missed the London Victoria bus as I was standing in the wrong “London Heathrow” queue.
The bus station at Victoria was chaotic and it was the first time the driver had gone. The traffic was realky slow.
Customer service is excellent. Much empathy expressed for medical conditions, and team was very accomodating. Bus service is excellent

The delay was only due to motorway closure in part of the journey otherwise it was all ok
The driver literally turned off the lights and drove off immediately while I was still trying to get by bag which had been buried underneath two others. He then seemed annoyed that I hadn’t mentioned I still needed to get off in the split second between him closing the door and starting to drive, even though I was stood right behind him and about to step off the bus. He then dropped me off in the middle of a 4 lane road with no crossing nearby and acted like the whole thing was my fault when I wasted no time in trying to get off the bus.
Good driving. Ali disappointing as the driver didn’t help with the luggage. He parked the bus and stood aside smoking cigarettes whilst we load our own luggages. Looked weird to me, as I’m a woman lifting heavy luggages.
Anyways, hope he learns his mistakes

Coach had to stop due to coolant system breakdown had to transfer to another coach adding an hour to journey
On time and comfortable bus.
This was the first time of using National Express to travel as we usually drive ourselves but because my husband drives for a living I thought it would be nice for him not to have to drive this trip.
Comfortable quick and great staff
Our trip was very comfortable and right on schedule. No problems at all.
They over-booked the bus. 2 people booked per seat. I had a specific stop and only by luck did I overhear them tell people the rest of the queue would be getting on another bus. I asked if that bus would go to my stop and they realised that it would not so let me on the first bus - I got the last seat. So disorganised it was ridiculous. It was so clear that not everyone would get on and being that it was quite late, they probably should have considered the number of families with small children they left ignored and forced to get onto a much later bus.
It was on time and it is a excellent service. But couldn’t get the internet on board. So had to use 4g.
I was pleasantly surprised following my last minute booking to travel to London yesterday. I had looked into going by train but the cost was ridiculous.
The outward and return journeys were problem free with friendly and informative drivers. The return driver was particularly lovely with excellent customer care skills and hopefully a valued employee.
I thought I was getting the megabus but NE turned up. I spoke to the driver of NE asking him if he knew where the meg?a bus stopped. He did not tell me that the NE bus was the one to make from bristol to London .at 12.10 so I missed the coach.
