The bus was delayed and driving was very slow, which resulted in arriving at Bristol very late..
No wi fix and no air con, apart from that, all well
On a hot day the bus air conditioning was not working. The driver was accomodating and offered solutions including organising a change of bus. As passengers we decided we just wanted to get to our destination.
It was good in some respects but I wanted to extend the journey to Weston Super Mare but to do this it would have cost an extra £22 (for an 18 mile journey) so I chose to take the train which cost around £6 so because of the mad way National express operates it lost out on my money and probably had empty seats! Not good business sense!
It's really amazing. thumbs up for national Express 😘
Some of the staff not very friendly. The bus driver very good.
