The Lady Barbara at the Kiosk in São Paulo was very helpful. Due to unforeseen Circumstances we ran late for our a departure time. Upon getting to the terminal we were stressed beyond measure. Barbara got us on the next available bus after explaining there will be additional cost for the change. With her calm nature she assisted us and made sure we need to be where we are supposed to be with no Hassles.

Very comfortable bus, on time but please, stop with the air conditioning! It was so so so cold I couldn't sleep I was frozen.
