journey was nice but the bus was cold
It was okay. No big problem.
Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker
Bus showed up on time, but didn't leave for some reason until long after everyone was settled. Then we were about five hours late to our destination. Almost double the estimated trip time. When we arrived we were told to take a different bus than the one our hostel recommended because it was late and the other one was unsafe at that time of night. Made the trip a lot more of a hassle for us. Also the A/C was very weak.
Washroom dirty and no water. Toilet dirty. No announcements in english. No announcement of the stop for meal etc
Best bus driver ever, super helpful and explained about Rio a lot. The bus was also extremely comfortable, good temperature, and a nice lunch spot during the trip.
Amazing ride with nice driver. The bus was very very comfortable
Very nice staff on the bus, helpful, Friendly, speaking English, we were able to sleep, everything very good
Excellent service. The windows service to exchange voucher was quick and easy. Friendly staff.
Excellent service and driver was on time . He drove pretty safely and gave us time for wash room and lunch break
Great service. A bit delayed by traffic but really comfortable journey, free water, clean toilet and a lunch stop along the way. Couldn't of been a better experience
Compared to other bus companies in Brasil I would not say these are the best.
Very nice and comfortable journey with brand new bus. Price is also good on promotions.
Very nice Cama service!
air-con was too cold and didn,t bring water
Easy to book, find tickets, staff were friendly and bus was very comfortable. Bus left and arrived on time. Would recommend the service.
Good staff, some of my stuff got stolen on the bus so even at stops be careful with your things
Muy bueno. Todo bien
Yes , the bus was late but that was offset by being a comfortable bus with big seating space , legroom and clean toilet . I also appreciated the ice water provided for free on the bus
Was an inexpensive way to travel and see the countryside. Was more comfortable than some of my recent flights!
really great service, much better than I expected. highly recommend
We were late because of traffic but fantastic job. Great seats, well driven, easy to follow instructions, very organized bus service.
Really comfortable bus! I would use them again

It was a very comfortable bus ride. The seat was fantastic for a long ride.
Good. Nice clean bus
It was like 11 degrees Celsius outdoor and the AC on like 18 or 19C. All people were freezing during the whole trip
