terrible service. At Novo Rio Terminal it was the only bus company having huge delays (+1h). Also we bought a bus with extra large seats, but we got an old bus without that much leg space, without USB chargers or Wi-fi. Definitely don't recommend and won't be traveling with the company again.
Service is good, but the only thing is, should maintain some proper structure at the station instead of sending all the passengers of multiple buses at once.
Spacious seats with huge legroom for long distance travelling on a modern, air conditioned bus. Staff is helpful and efficient, cold bottled water provided and we had a lunch break somewhere everyone could choose plenty from. Definitely recommending them
Our first bus was cancelled without any notice. One staff member in particular was very helpful to make sure that we got safely and efficiently on the next bus (2hrs later).
The company was perfect, and the trip was smooth and everything went as planned. My only problem was with the booking procedure, specifications regarding the seat should be chosen upon making the booking (on our trip from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro we got VIP seats, while on our way back from Rio de Janeiro to Sao Paulo we got standard seats, even though we wanted VIP seats like the ones we got on our first trip but we didn’t know how to choose VIP.
It was mentioned as exclusive bus with food and drink service. I paid extra 70 brl for this. But there was none of them. I request this money difference back
Also air contitioning was too high, so cold, that ı got sick.
We got the date wrong and they changed the ticket no problem at the ticket office for no charge , no hassles . No English but we got the job done. One thing to note was that the air conditioning rained down on a lot of passengers , luckily bus not full so we all could move seats .
Very comfortable coach. Nice quality seats. Good to have individual facilities to charge phone. Would have been useful to have a written sheet to translate info from driver into other languages.
Very comfortable. Difficult to understand sometimes as information about the service stop etc was not given in English. The driver seemed to have lots of difficulty driving up hills. Very happy with the baggage storing system.
I was really dissapointed that when leaving my bags in the care of staff to put on the bus both my partner and I had our walking boots stolen which we only realised when we arrived in sao paulo.
The air conditioning was broken, so it was absolutely boiling inside the bus. We ended up having to break open the emergency exit. It was so uncomfortable, I couldn't even fall asleep.
The ticket was easy to sort out. The bus was clean and comfortable. The journey was relatively smooth. It was late to arrive, but that was due to traffic. It could be better signposted in the station.
