I can't rate Igdirli Turizm because the bus I got put on was that of another company. The Denizli bus station is confusing for a foreigner -- the station staff was super helpful in guiding me to where I needed to go. I kept looking for the Igdirli Turizm buses but there were no platforms or signs available. Eventually, a few men who worked at the station told me to wait on a bench in an unmarked area, and one told me that the bus was going to be 15 minutes late. Thirty minutes later, a bus arrived from another agency and I was told that was my bus. The service on the bus was very good, but it arrived at 15:00, when the ticket I bought said it would arrive at 12:45.

The staff at the start that guided us to the bus was amazing and so helpful and we actually got on a earlier bus that left at 09h19 instead of 10h00, but the bus drivers and staff on the bus kept smoking on the bus the whole time. When the driver stopped smoking his helper started again. I couldn't breathe and got heavy sinus. The bus driver also watched videos/stories on social media when driving and twice almost rode into another car when switching lanes. He also talked on the phone while driving.
