Bus did not smell very nice. Smelled like the toilet haven't been cleaned for a while. My seat fell back on it on and I couldn't bring it back up. The buses are very old and dated.

The busstation was total chaos, ended up waiting in the wrong spot, no information from staff and long lines. I missed the bus and they didn’t tell me until 1h 30min later. Bus will arrive at platform 1 through 16 and coming soon they said
