We had to wait at the bus station for over 2 hours, we arrived at 9:45am, but the 10:35 am bus Corrida 251675 never showed up, we had to ask the staff many times, they kept saying different things: there were delays, there were traffics, there was accident... until 12:00pm, they put us on a different bus.

Seat was designed for legs to lift up and couldn't adjust off partial reclining position - was uncomfortable as a result - no back support. No room for small bags as a result. Foul smell from the rear bathroom from start of trip to finish and it wasn't very clean. Bus was not marked as Chihuahuenses so was hard to find and mysteriously left 10 min early right after we boarded so worried we might have missed it. Futura buses are much more comfortable.

When I arrived at the terminal and went to the check-in desk there was no one there. I waited 15 minutes for the counter staff. I was directed to the bus gate and went there I sat there for an hour no bus arrived and by now it was over 30 minutes late. I went back inside to ask if the bus was coming or if there was a problem. The desk called the bus and advised it would be coming I should just wait.
