The bus was new, had AC comfortable seats. Nice driver, spoke English announced the stop. Good price too and almost on time
I enjoyed the ride it was very comfortable and the drivers were super friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the delayed are at my final destination by 4 hours.
The bus was over 6 hours late, which caused me to be late getting back home, which caused me to miss work. It was also extremely unsafe as the seatbelts didn’t work (I have a photo to submit if needed), which is a complete safety hazard. It was extremely dirty, there was trash everywhere on bus and also in front of the pouch for the seat I was sitting in, the driver only spoke Spanish so thankfully someone on bus spoke English to tell me when to exit bus or I would have missed my stop, and people were loudly playing things on their phone without using speakers.
Not only did it show up late , the schedule said I was to make it into LA at 9:45 pm but I didn’t get to my destination until 10:56pm , he made multiple stops and that wasn’t addressed when I booked the ride , I don’t think I will book this company again
The staff was nice and the seats were comfortable, but it felt like we were standing still an awful lot at very unnecessary stops which caused a four hour delay….
my bus schedule by 10:50 and when I arrived bus station office and trying to redeem my ticket. the staff told me that the bus will stuck at the Mexico-USA board and will be later about 2hr. she told me it happened all the time. I have no choice but to take taxi to Tucson. this is really bad experience. if the bus always be later about 2hrs like the staff said. it shall be reminder customer then they buy the ticket and the schedule shall update to reflect the real situtation.
I'm very disappointed this is the first time something like this has happened your ticket person asked me where was I going I told him downtown Los Angeles 7th Street so he printed my ticket and never told me that the bus is only going to Huntington Park I showed him to take it on my phone.
They skipped my destination stop in Nogales, AZ and brought me across the border to Nogales, MX. It was midnight and took another hour to clear security in both countries.
The bus was late arriving to boarding location (LA) but that was it, after it left, it kept stopping for 20 minutes here and there and everywhere. The bus said it would arrive at 4:40pm, so if it was 45 minutes late, it should have arrived by 6pm. It arrived just before 9pm. That's five hours late. FRAUDulent claims about timing and being a "direct" bus.
Bus was scheduled for 2:45 am. We showed up at 2:30 and stayed until 3:30. The bus never showed up and we had to leave because it’s not exactly a nice area at all.
We called the number of contact and it constantly cut off. There was no way to communicate effectively except in person and had there been an urgent manner we were cut off. The company needs to have a legitimate phone number. This was a bad omen. Furthermore, the clerk in at 613 Maple LA. CA was very rude, could not be bothered answering the simplest questions. Information had to be pulled with threat of contacting city officials at the questionable tactics she repeatedly incited. The driver and ride were ok. But this left a very negative and unsafe feeling. The clerk also tried to sell the ticket we purchased claiming it was not sold even though we had bank confirmation.
Overall I was impressed with kindness the bus driver and staff expressed. They were all genuine and considerate, including the other patrons taking the bus and at the stations; however, it was a bit of an inconvenience that the bus was expected to arrive 2hrs late and because of this, the drop off destination changed. I don’t think I’d use this transportation again, unless I had no other options.
I paid for a ticket route las vegas to los angeles and on the printed ticket it had an address 99 S MLK which is north Vegas. I get there 30 minutes prior to departure. Waited till 15 minutes after its scheduled departure. Called the company and they responded that they no longer pick up there as of Dec 2021. My ride was for apr 8 2022. Please guys pay extra and avoid this line of transportation.
Ride was comfortable but a passenger had a gun. Didn't know until he got off was tucked in the back. He leaned over and seen it his black Levi jacket was hiding it.
No notification via text or email stating the bus was going to be an hour late. This set me back an hour and since the bus does not stop at the airport I would have missed my flight. I ended up having to drive and parking my truck at the airport which was the whole point of getting a bus so I didn’t have to do that. Had I had at the very least an hour heads up I could have made better arrangements.
My paperwork told me i was getting dropped of in city I live in. Which it didn't. I was dropping of more the 12 miles away. Totally a different city. My ride was supposed to be 3 hours, which turned out more the 6 hours. The tv sound didn't work. And the bus was cold and only using the heater for 9 mins. That's a long 6+ hours being cold.
