Terrible experience. When we were getting picked up, the bus driver insisted we pay 1000 lira to transport our bicycles (thats more than the price of the bus tickets). We agreed to 800 which was his only other option otherwise we would have been stranded. I contacted the Topcam whatsapp number while we were on the bus, and was told that the general manager advised the driver to charge us “only” 500 lira-to which I did not agree to. We were being scammed at tourists as on the policy it states that checked luggage has no size limit, our bags were not overweight (and noone elses’s luggage was weighed anyways) and there was plenty of room under the bus. The general manager contacted the driver and advised him that we will not be charged-as it should be. The bus was insanely uncomfortable for a 8 hour ride and also, late. We decided to pay for Topcam as it stated we would arrive in Alanya at 7am. We had to transfer buses in Manavgat, and did not make it to Alanya until after 830 am. Completely dissatisfied and would not ever recommend this company.
