My luggage was lost and no one helped me all I was told to go on line and make a report.. I came on Saturday morning and I was told that luggage claim was closed until Monday. After I was told to come Saturday morning. I'm so upset I always go greyhound bus.they put a lot of people on the bus at one time and someone puke on the bus and no one got it up
