It was really bad, there was no communication regarding the bus delay. The drivers were rude when asked questions and there was no order. We got the bus after an hour of waiting in Buttworth we left when we got to Queenstown we were told to get off the bus door doesn’t close properly and they transferred us to an old Gauteng Coach bus with no charging points.

First I've Booked Eagle Liner and then at time of departure Gauteng Coach arrives, Am diabetic and on the way I wanted to pee drivers refused to stop the bus I was crying n hopeless until a lady seating next to me went to the driver's to request them to pls stop as I was already panicking couldn't even eat because I was shaking
