I don't understand what's was the extra R40 for, because the aircon wasn't working on the upper side. Toilet wasn't working. My booked ticket said I'll arrive at 06:45. Ended up arriving at 09:50. My bus departed 1hr 30minutes late.

The reason I didn't experience their services is because I was denied boarding at the outset. I was feeling physically unwell (quite faint and nauseous) on the day of travel, but the staff mistakenly interpreted my condition as being intoxicated. I was not intoxicated in any way.
