The reason I didn't experience their services is because I was denied boarding at the outset. I was feeling physically unwell (quite faint and nauseous) on the day of travel, but the staff mistakenly interpreted my condition as being intoxicated. I was not intoxicated in any way. My impressions, based on this unfortunate incident: What I was disappointed by: The lack of a proper medical assessment or willingness to listen to my explanation. Being publicly denied boarding based on a false assumption was deeply embarrassing and distressing, especially while feeling ill. What I had been hoping to enjoy (based on my booking): I was very much looking forward to the scenic journey, the comfort of the seats, and the overall travel experience I had read about in reviews. It was a trip I had planned for and was excited about. Suggestion for improvement: This situation highlights how important it is for travel staff to have better protocols for distinguishing between medical distress and intoxication, perhaps involving a private conversation with a supervisor or a basic medical checklist before making such a serious accusation.
