Bus arrived an hour later, we were not notified about the delay. We were supposed to arrive at 07:45 in Bloemfontein, we arrived well after 11:00, close to 4 hours later.

The reason I didn't experience their services is because I was denied boarding at the outset. I was feeling physically unwell (quite faint and nauseous) on the day of travel, but the staff mistakenly interpreted my condition as being intoxicated. I was not intoxicated in any way.
