I was attempting to onboard the 9:40 Ottawa to Kingston Megabus, and the bus closed its doors as I was running towards it, on platform E (the starting point). The bus driver saw me, as I attempted to flag the bus driver down, however they began moving, and drove past me.
After speaking with a rider express driver, they clarified that I was clearly prepared to board the bus, and yet the driver had refused to pick me up. As quoted by the other driver, "Some people simply do not have empathy".

Waited for 2+ hours and the bus never showed up. Zero communication from Megabus regarding a cancellation or service update

It was not mega bus. It was some other company. Sub contracted. Smelly seats, stains all over. Push back is just a joke. Middle of the highway big noise from the bottom of the bus near to the rear left side tires. Seems like the Inner tire was blown out. Then continued the dragging noise. In Bellville, the driver called the emergency line i Believe. Horrifying trip.

Driver announced about not taking a break then didn’t stop in Kingston until I reminded him my stop was Kingston. He then proceeded to ask why I didn’t tell him when he made the announcement even though he asked me my stop before I got off the bus. He proceeded to drop me off on the side of the road beside the 401 exit. I’m disappointed with his response and attitude for his error.

The bus was clean and very comfortable. Having only 3 seats per row makes a huge difference in the width of the aisle and the seats. The bus driver was friendly and helpful, and provided a smooth and stress free ride the entire trip. One of if not the best coach driver I have ever been driven by. Five stars for her, 6 if I can add an extra.
