I missed my bus despite running after it, trying to flag it down! I was walking to it at 3:29 (can check cameras at VIA rail Ottawa) very upset by this. I tried to get another bus but the next one wasn’t until 8-9 hours later same day :( person manning the flix bus was away from their post so could not call the bus despite seeing it visually driving away

The driver was very polite and the bus was on time. I even arrived at my destination 10 minutes early. The driver also drove carefully and but at a good speed.
The bus was clean and had a place to charge my phone.
Overall, really impressed with the experience.

There was a medical emergency at the pickup location. Because of the medical emergency, we were not allowed to get off the train causing delays everywhere. The driver which must have been aware of the emergency as there was ambulances everywhere did not consider that maybe, waiting a couple extras minutes for the train load to be able to debark (which includes his passengers) might be smart. I got off the train 4 too minutes late and the bus driver had left already. I ended up having to pay for another pricier ticket to get to my destination on the following day. I understand buses are on a strict schedule, though I cannot be the only one who missed the bus that day as the entire station was on hold, it is common courtesy!!

Driver announced about not taking a break then didn’t stop in Kingston until I reminded him my stop was Kingston. He proceeded to drop me off on the side of the road beside the 401 exit. I’m disappointed with his response and attitude for his error.

The bus was clean and very comfortable. Having only 3 seats per row makes a huge difference in the width of the aisle and the seats. The bus driver was friendly and helpful, and provided a smooth and stress free ride the entire trip. One of if not the best coach driver I have ever been driven by. Five stars for her, 6 if I can add an extra.

The bus was over 33 degrees with excessive humidity- I could hardly breathe, and everybody was drenched in sweat the whole time. The second half of the ride, the entire bus smelt like pungent bathroom. I will never ride with this company again unfortunately.

The Bus was clean, & we left on time, but we got a flat tire & then we were stuck in Mallorytown parking lot. After 2.5hrs of waiting I got off the bus & instead had to get people, who were waiting for me in Kingston, come get me because of our deadlines. An efficent back up system needs to be in place for such scenarios.
