The seats were so comfortable, it made a 7 hour trip feel like 2. Way more comfortable than any airline can offer. We were up on the top level and it hardly rocked around at all. Toilet downstairs, bring some hand sanitizer just in case the soap is out. Driver was excellent and got us there on time. Seriously, I wish I had a sofa which was as comfortable as those seats!

The was very outdated, and generaly in not good condition. On my trip it was a rainy day and I received my luggage stored in the the bus compartment at the destinations completely soaked with water! Never again!
