Took longer than expected, wasn’t as expected, weren’t informed of other stops on route. A slightly intoxicated person arguing on the phone at back of coach initially. Many passengers unhappy about seats when we eventually arrived at Preston, not being next to their travel companion and decided to make this known to us already boarded by being disgruntled and commenting to all at back of coach, I had to reassure my young daughter it was ok and they where upset as coach was late and they couldn’t sit next to who they had planned to.
