My bus journey on National Express was very good the driver was nice and drove well, and the service was efficient and comfortable and on time. My only thing was I wasn't sure if it was better to get off at North or South Terminal, as wanted to get to Travelodge Central, & my mobile data had run out so I couldn't see a map or any info which terminal was better & easier to reach my destination from. Luckily a helpful passenger was going to the same place and helped me arrive safely at my destination. I disembarked at North terminal as this passenger knew it was easier from there.

Although I was appropriately dressed for the weather, I was feeling very cold on the coach as the air conditioner was turned on throughout the way. The same happened on the way back.

This was a complete disaster. The ticket said Bournemouth to gatwick on the number 035. This bus doesn't actually go to gatwick, it goes to Victoria. At which point I had to change buses(not I did Ates on the ticket) and the next bus driver was refusing to let me on the bus. There were 2 other people on the bus, it wasn't busy. He did eventually let me on but the issues was the SHOCKING ticketing
