Disappointing Experience – Bournemouth to Heathrow
The driver couldn’t scan the QR codes on my valid tickets and made no effort to help, despite me travelling with my family and clearly showing the tickets on my phone. He showed no sympathy, and only scanned them again — successfully — after I pleaded just before departure. No apology was given, even though the issue was clearly on his end.
He was rude when asked if the bus stopped at Terminal 3, and upon arrival, he shouted at my sister and pushed her away when she tried to help with the luggage. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
To make things worse, there was no Wi-Fi onboard. Overall, the journey was stressful and unpleasant. Drivers with this attitude shouldn’t be working with the public.
