We had tickets for 12:00 from Bristol to London. We were at the station at 11:30, standing in an already long queue. We were advised that there will be 2 coaches provided due to how many tickets were sold for the 12:00 am journey. However there was only 1 coach and it was full before we entered. We had to wait until the next one arrived at 12:30. Staff lied to us that another coach from 12:00 was on its way - in the end we had to go with the coach destined for passengers at 12:30. This delayed us and forced us to change our plans. Very unhappy with the lack of transparency
