I booked 6:30am bus and had to reschedule my booking to 2:30am. I had to pay extra £9.47. I came out to the pick up area around 2am just to be early enough. The bus was delayed for 1hour there by arriving around 3:45am under this cold weather. My question is, i paid to take my time back, who will now pay me for extending my time for upto 1 hour plus under the harsh cold weather.
