Disappointed, it was out first time experienced, always booked Intercape buses whenever we wanted to use bus mode, we were hoping for the best from the Intercity buses their services were sucks. On our Departure from Pietermaritzburg on 07 August 2026, the bus was very late instead of 11:35 PM we left at 12H13, at the Johannesburg Park Station on 10 August, the bus was supposed to leave at 11h00 am, we had to stand on a freezing cold weather for almost 2 hours, the arrived at 13h00 pm and left at 13h10 they were no proper communication from the Intercity team, they then after we had shown our dissatisfaction came and bribe us telling us that the bus was late for 40 munities, that 40 munites, was over to 2hours. I believe they over booked the passengers though they know their buses are not enough for certain provinces. It was our first and last time booking the Intercity, as I write this message my body is so sore had to make an appointment to visit my doctor for check-ups. the bus that was provided to us, its aircon condition was too bad not working at all! we were frozen all the way!

It was not okay at all we left pmb around 99:50 but only to arrived at park station after 19:00 it doesn't make sense at all. May be if the can minimize the places can't one bus be rounding all over.
