The bus company received positive feedback for being punctual, with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciated the comfortable and clean buses, as well as amenities like individual USB ports and WiFi. However, some passengers mentioned issues such as the lack of toilets on board or limited luggage allowance per person.

My journey due to nature of location was maybe different to usual but my experience and comfort of coach and even with language barriers I felt I was cared for...A Big thanks to the drivers for their service

The bus didn’t even come. Several phone calls didn’t help. Bus was standing many kilometres away from said bus stop and wasn’t willing to get me and simply left me behind.
