According to the reviews, passengers generally found the bus clean and comfortable with excellent drivers. However, there were concerns about difficulties in locating pick-up points and unprofessional behavior from some drivers using their phones while driving at high speeds. Some also mentioned issues with unclear identification of vehicles causing stress and mistrust during boarding.

Good service, nice driver, everything ok. My recomandation is to mark the place where the DRD bus will come. Otherwise everything was ok.

Shuttle van arrived early as we were the only passengers we left early too. We were perturbed by 2 issues 1, driver used cell phone for call and txt while driving at 130 kmph 2, driver showed “road rage” when a bus was in the fast L lane. He sounded the horn and pulled in front of the bus and slowed right down. Unprofessional.

This is not a bus it is a van. The driver late and then stopped to fill up with gas as well. He was driving and texting, talking on his hand held phone while drinking coffee, vaping and driving a standard van. He has 3 different phones which he was on the entire time. Taking the unlawful and dangerous part out of it, we were 55 minutes later than what was planned.

the car was on time, but we went to Sežana to pick up one passenger who loaded 2 folded carpets, several large boxes, the large package which tried to load didn't fit at the end.And the app demanded that we can carry just one bag.
