Encon receives praise for its attentive staff, comfortable seating, and clean facilities. Passengers appreciate the punctuality of arrivals despite occasional delays in departures. However, some users noted issues such as a lack of Wi-Fi and non-functional USB ports on certain buses. Additionally, there were mixed experiences regarding onboard food quality.

Bus was on time, and the bus was clean. The service was not great at all. The foodservice was pretty bad. Bring your own food!!! The cama seats were easy enough to sleep in.
