The trip in general was quick and comfortable. The only reason I only gave three stars is due to the fact that we had to change buses midway and we weren't properly notified about it. If I hadn't asked the driver how long it would take to reach our destination, he wouldn't have notified us about the changeover.

I liked that the two drivers were attentive, helpful, and made sure to direct us properly throughout the trip. However, I didn’t enjoy that the seat I was in had rain coming in through the window, which made me wet. We also spent almost an hour at the first stop at the garage, which felt too long. Other than that, everything else was okay.
