The experience was great no issues at all, however i am unhappy that the bus arrived 25 minute later than the time stated.
Atleast they should implement a tracker thing on the app so that we can see where the bus is and we can plan our time accordingly.

The service was great but what I did not like or felt uncomfortable with were other passengers consuming alcohol in the bus. This behaviour should not be tolerated because as a female passenger seating right next to someone who is drinking alcohol and drunk is very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The pickup address was not precise.
The arriving destination (Johanesburg bus station) was dangerous. The company should give advice on how to leave the station at 4 AM in the morning.

The bus coach lacked customer service. I had a lot of luggage and trouble putting it in the storage. I had to ask him twice to help me but he just stared and moved on to talk to other people.
