Gipsyy has received positive feedback for its attentive service and comfortable seating. Customers appreciate the punctuality and friendly staff, which contribute to a pleasant travel experience. However, some users noted that seat recliners could be more adjustable and mentioned issues with bathroom facilities not having water available.

Well it was very difficult snd confusing to find the bust stop at the Oriente station. There are no visible signs and no proper information desk. Finally we found one small stop at nr 31c with Gipsyy label on. It we would nice to specify the stop on the ticket

The bus itself was good, but the Wifi was a joke. Gipsyy tried to load two (2) buses at the same platform in Lisbon Oriente, which was chaotic - and this after neither Gipsyy bus showed on the bus station's bus transport board.

Couldn't find where the bus was leaving from. Found a kiosk that said it left from one platform t wasn't there. Finally found outside another bus companies office, but it was very stressful knowing the bus was leaving in less than 10minutes and not being able to see it. No details provided by booking agent

Drivers were great but I purchased premium and XL seat. My knees were jammed against the seat infront of me and if I even shifted a little I’d make contact with the person sitting next to me. Also, it says power outlet. It’s a USB, not a power outlet. If the person next to me wasn’t nice enough to lend me the USB I would have been terribly stuck.

The driver was amazingly nice and helpful tending to our every need along the journey. The toilet however did not have water. Moreover, i was unable to choose my seats as that option was unavailable; since i was travelling with a minor i contacted customer services to pay for a seat exchange and they said it was impossible.
