4 hours late because bus broke down which is fine but we then stopped 3 times for 45 minute breaks.

The seats we very nice and comfortable. However the bus was 2 hours late to the destination, the drivers turned a 25 minute stop into an hour stop and I was dropped off at a different destination than what was told on the ticket.
