The bus ride received mixed reviews regarding the temperature inside, with some passengers feeling cold and wishing for more warmth. The bus arrival was a little late due to an accident close to the pickup place, but everyone involved was okay thank god. The cup holders were a little dirty so I did bring my own cleaning wipes and wiped down my space. though the bus could have used a better cleaning the staff was excellent. The dude driving the bus for me and my brother was very nice and patient when I was rummaging through my bag for our tickets, he was nice when we talked whenever we did a pit stop break. The bus was 20 minutes late but I think this was our occupant's reasoning there were some younger children abroad. The trip was all smooth sailing. Overall I liked the bus trip, it was calming, and I especially like the bus driver and the people I talked with along the way.

Left a&w on time and arrived at a gas station in vegerville (not final stop) already 15 minutes late. He was getting gas. (Obviously fine no issue on gas gathering but still late. My pick up actually came to gas station from final stop (2km away ) to pick me up. To be clear; I’m not concerned when I arrive/depart, just be on time. So work on your timings.

Bus never came at the stop as time was 3.05 at Edmonton .I was there at 2.35 pm waited until 4 pm calling on the number nothing happened.It’s so disappointing

This was super frustrating. Travelling with a preschooler and the bathroom is out of order. No usb plugs for electronics. Flat tire and 1 hour extended wait. This was not ok.
