Everything was fine . The bus driver did good . I would have liked it if possible if the bus loading information was provided before so I knew where to wait . The journey itself was ok, the bus is a little tired and could do with a clean (seats were quite dirty) but was comfortable with plenty of leg room. The bus arrived an hour late and the journey took 6 hours instead of 5 (there was no traffic so I think the journey just takes longer than suggested).

Service in time, smooth ride. Seats spacious and reclinable to a good extent but the upholstery a bit cold and not conducive to a good rest as other buses from the same company which were velvety and soft. Air conditioning a bit too high for an overnight trip with not such a high temperature outside.

I never got to travel as the bus was a no show.We bought the tickets online for twice the price and got sent to a place that was pretty much just a street corner We arrived at 630am for a 7am departure from ezeiza and the bus just never came We waited till 8am and tried to ring the number provided but no one answered the phone We had to purchase another ticket through another bus company.
