The trip has no interruptions and on time. However, we bought semi-cama seats that promised us: Tv, wifi, charger plugs among the most important things. The bus was old, the seats uncomfortables and there was NO tv, NO wi-fi, NO charger plugs! When we asked the driver once arrived to Mar del plata, all he said was and I quote: “it’s not my problem, I am just the driver”! Very impolite and irresponsible! We went to talk to the Plusmar service center and at least the gentleman apologized to us saying the bus was old or maybe the driver forgot to open the tv…excuse that we don’t quite buy it. Anyway, at least we arrived, that’s the only good news

The journey itself was ok, the bus is a little tired and could do with a clean (seats were quite dirty) but was comfortable with plenty of leg room. The bus arrived an hour late and the journey took 6 hours instead of 5 (there was no traffic so I think the journey just takes longer than suggested).

I travel extensively, but rarely by bus and I confess that I was somewhat nervous about a five hour journey from Buenos Aires to Mar del Plata. This was such a pleasure. Communication with the company was on point and the entire process from departure to arrival was organized and efficient. The coach was clean and the seats very comfortable !
