The journey itself was ok, the bus is a little tired and could do with a clean (seats were quite dirty) but was comfortable with plenty of leg room. The bus arrived an hour late and the journey took 6 hours instead of 5 (there was no traffic so I think the journey just takes longer than suggested).

Very confusing, mass of buses and no information until minutes before departure, by then it was already 15 mins past stated departure time.

The trip was great and all the staff were very nice and helpful!
However when i booked it said the bus had wifi and I would receive a snack. I was not given a wifi password and there were no snacks included.
