My bad impression is that: let the staff be informed to respect the qeues or the line for the voyager before going up on the bus! The bus station at Chamonix was chaotic. The 11am bus was full and the driver said that another bus was coming. Eventually it arrived at 11.30. Communication from the bus company was poor. Once the journey started everything went well
