The bus was new that was nice. The staff were alert and friendly, that was nice The airport is a great winnipeg location. The drop off in thompson was on time, but if a person needed a place to be warm there was nowhere. Perhaps in the winter a waiting area could open. It was a great service and enjoyable experience. No problems very nice.
