I really like that NCN Thompson Bus Lines will have 2 new buses. However, I found the seats to be so tight and not enough leg room. Also, I couldn't find the overhead lighting so that I could read. I do appreciate the new plug ins that enable me to charge my phone. The buses are so brand new and I like the fact that the driver told all of us where to get additional toilet paper if needed.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed is baffling. No regard for people’s time. If a bus is to depart at a time, then it should actually depart at that time and not an 1hr or 2hrs later. If people not there to catch the bus on time that should be their business and not yours. Then the long stops of waiting for 2 hours just for a bus to come without proper communication is absurd. Do better.
