This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed. The bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 2am for 5 hours. I am still on my way to Johannesburg now. I am very disappointed with the service

Transitliner didn't pitch at the pickup point, 3 hours after standing in the cold we were told to go to Germiston. Eventually the bus left around 10 pm, it broke down in Mt Frere and we are still there now its close to 12. Terrible terrible experience I can't describe.

The bus broke down at Mzimkhulu where we had to wait for 3 hours before the mechanic came. There’s only one driver and that’s very risky. When the bus broke down, the driver didn’t even address us as passengers until few individuals went out to see why are we stopping for that long.
