The bus was on time, clean with nice drivers. I didnt enjoy the bus not stopping for some refreshments. Since its a morning bus, should stop early eg Vaal for ppl to eat breakfast or snacks. The bus only stopped 13h00 at kroonstad. Peop too hungry

The worst, we were 3 hours late.
Driver was getting lost with us, he did not know the road, he could not get out of Johannesburg from park station then he got a call from office to fetch another driver in vereeniging that he also didn't know we got lost again. Poor driver did not even had data to Navigate. I will never use that bus again 😒

This bus Service was very poor, the Eagle Liner. They let us stand for a long time in Pretoria, put us all in one bus and drove us to Johannesburg. We dismounted and wait for around 50 mins. To make matters worse the let us board a sub standard bus, The Star bus to Bloemfontein. That bus was very cold and we arrived 90 mins after scheduled time. I am very much disappointed

One can say a lot about whats good and bad, mostly influenced by physical observation and personal space, especialy when travelling long distance. Very bad I enjoyed nothing about it , the service starting from Pretoria station was bad .. i got into the bus around 5PM I was supposed to arrive in Bloemfontein by 11pm I arrived at 3am in the morning ..I got dumped at park station in JHB waited for 2hrs nobody was telling me anything or what’s going on I was there in the cold waiting … the bus was cold very poor quality the Charing ports not working … the drivers only speak Qhosa forgetting some of us we don’t hear anything and they seems not to care.. I’ll never ride with that bus again

Very very bad experience..Extremely bad indeed.😔 The Delta bus stopped in the middle of the way due to it's problem. Driver told us it has power problem,it can't travel more. We waited almost 3 hours before the other bus came. I fail to understand why can't your service inspect the bus first before allowing it to travel? 💔..That's a bad move.What about our safety? What about our time? That's not good at all.
