Greyhound El Paso Houston recent customer reviews

I had a terrible experience with Greyhound. Aside from both trips being delayed, second leg of trip my assigned seat was taken by another passenger who refused to get up and bus driver couldn’t care less. Was told to either take a seat (with child on my lap even though I had seats for both of us) or get off the bus. Never again will be using their services. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible experience 8 hrs late arrival to destination, horrible experience with people who ride the buses, drug addicts on the ride, urinating on the seats, no safety or control of who rides the buses, I will never use greyhound to travel again.

I am extremely disappointed with the system. I bought tickets three days before. We waited for 2 hours and they told us they cannot accommodate more people. People were sleeping on the floor whole night because they could not manage transfer to their destinations. I do no recommend this to anyone. Save yourself.
