I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. First, when I purchased two tickets for my wife and myself, we were given separate seats, which was highly inconvenient.
The conditions inside the bus were unacceptable. The entire vehicle had a foul odor and smelled strongly of urine. Additionally, there was a leak inside the bus, and water was dripping onto at least three seats during the journey. The restroom was also extremely dirty and unsanitary.
The only positive aspect of the trip was the driver, who looked concerned about the situation and was very polite and helpful. However, the overall state of the bus was terrible, and the company needs to address these issues immediately.

There was a leaking from the roof and was dropping on my head the pilot said: “change seats, there is nothing I can do“ and the bus was full. When we arrived at the final stop Miami, the pilot again delivered my bag and a sandal was dropped in a puddle and he just said “ there is your sandal “ and I have to pick it up from the puddle.

Ran very smoothly. We left a little late which was a little concerning because there wasn’t really communication on what was happening so I was a little worried I missed it, but I didn’t and it was all good!

Bus was delayed by 40 minutes and onboarding was terrible. We were shouted at by the guy who handled the suitcases. Inside the bus was very smelly of the toilet at the back and air on was blasting cold , that I am feeling sick today because of it.
