I couldn’t find it, there’s a lack of signage and directions and all the coach drivers I asked ‘where to go?’ They was very unhelpful which meant I missed the bus

Terrible. I would never book with this bus company again. One hour before departure we received an email to say the bus was delayed for 3 hours (for a 45 minute trip). We don’t speak French and thought it was a mistake. At the bus stop, several passengers asked the driver of another BlaBlaBus for assistance when the bus did not arrive, but he shrugged his shoulders and provided no help. We had to make alternative travel arrangements (at additional cost) in order to arrive at our destination in time for the next stage of our trip. I telephoned BlaBla to seek assistance. They told me that they don’t speak English and someone would call me back. They haven’t.
