ALSA Granada Lisbon recent customer reviews
It was run by partner services, Rede Expressos(?) and Morales. The morales driver was very nice and friendly, as well as timely. The Rede Expressos staff was less so—they didn’t seem to want to interact with us in any way (as in they were annoyed when I walked past them to get to the door of the bus), and only spoke Portuguese, though the bus was originating in Spain, which made communication difficult when people had questions or needed to get by when one of them was standing in the aisle. Also, the bathroom on board cost a Euro (which is fine I guess, but very annoying).

The second leg of my trip (from Madrid to Lisbon was disappointing. The conductor was very disorganized, many passengers were confused about seating, whether or not labels were needed for our luggage and which but was the right one to take (there were 3 bus with the same destination). In addition, there was not Wifi available and an unscheduled stop that were not explained. That was little no communication from the driver. If these things are improved this will make have a more positive impact on the customer's experience.
