I was very very disappointed with your service .
I missed 18:30 bus just 2 mint late and it has been gone and i couldn't believe then my ticket should be free for next bus but unfortunately i had to pay 50% which is also ridiculous and then bus also left the lisbon 15 to 20 mint late and the driver did fast driving very dangerous driving .All the way he was on the phone and was doing the tailgating ..
Very disappointed journey
And there is no power or USB plug in the bus .
I will not recommend to any of my friends and family.
