Meine Familie und ich planten, am 21.08.2023 von Liverpool zurück nach London zu fahren.
Leider war unser Bus, der uns zu Bushaltestelle des
National Express bringen sollte, zu spät und wartete zudem bis der nächste Bus on-Time abfahren würde. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur National Express Busstation laufen. Wir sahen, dass es 2 Adressen
auf dem Busticket gab. Eine ist Edge Lane Drive und die andere Broad Green Road. Als wir merkten, dass wir an der
falsche Bushaltestelle (Edge Lane Drive - Domville) standen, sahen wir unseren Bus nach London an uns vorbei fahren und winkte mit unserem
Koffer in der Hand dem Busfahrer zu um auf uns Aufmerksam zu machen. Der Busfahrer sah uns deutlich und
bemerkte, dass wir ihm zuwinkten und ein Signal gaben. Die falsche Bushaltestelle (Edge Lane Drive- Domville)
war nur 3-4 Minuten von der richtigen entfernt. Wir
folgten sofort dem Bus, um zur richtigen Station zu gelangen.
Wir kamen um 8:24 Uhr an. Also 4 Minuten später als die
geplante Abreise. Als wir bei der richtigen Station ankamen sahen wir nur noch wie der Bus weggefahren ist ohne auch nur 5 Minuten zu warten. Wir mussten nun den Zug nach Liverpool nehmen, da wir sonst unseren Rückflug nach München verpasst hätten.
Dieser Zug kostete 281,00 €. Es kann nicht sein, dass der Busfahrer einfach fährt, obwohl er uns klar winken sieht /unsere Signale bemerkt und genau 3 Personen an dieser Haltestelle fehlen. Wir bitten um Erstattung unserer dadurch entstandenen Kosten!
