Poor inadequate seating and ventilation at the Victoria station. Not enough seats and very crowded. Toilets okay though. It was the day of a national train strike and heatwave which doesn’t help . The bus was delayed by 2 hours due to technical failure. Having said that the driver deserves a top grade . He was excellent and after only a 45 minute break drove us to ensure the wait wasn’t any longer. He was calm and friendly on the journey. The drive itself was punctual and fine and we arrived within the journey time specified.
