My coach was over an hour late, not impressed at all! Then when it did arrive, there was hardly any seats left. My granddaughter and I had to sit right at the back of the coach right next to the toilet. Then because the toilet door was hard to open I then became the toilet assistant helping people to open the door lol. I honestly don’t mind helping people out to be fair.

I am deeply disappointed because the bus came to the gates 17.20, but departed 18.20 - the driver was having his break, and he also was cleaning the bus - I am sure someone from the staff could help him, then about 18.05 the passengers started to come on board and the driver was helping them with the luggage, I think that could be also someone's from assistance task. The bus was shaking too much, I almost got sick and it was having much of technical noise, the monitor of the road was out of order. I was terribly late for my bus from Great Yarmouth to Caister-on-Sea, so I had to walk 3 miles alone in the night... :(
